“This is a very special message to say thank you from the bottom of my heart as a mother.
Charlotte won Courage of the Year 2018 and all I promised her was a trip away just her and I to encourage her through everything. The vouchers she won she asked to trade me towards her holiday! So after 3 years almost to the day from her first surgery, years of saving and working extra jobs and her 13th birthday whilst we were away we went to LA! She had begged me for years, her face was all I needed to see. So many memories.
Just a couple of pictures to say thank you, Charlotte knows she is facing more surgery and continues to do incredible at school through it all.”
